Scholarships

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
CFUW BELLEVILLE & DISTRICT SCHOLARSHIPS ARE OPEN TO BOTH MALE AND FEMALE STUDENTS.

The CFUW Belleville and District Scholarships are for local area students attending public schools and proceeding directly to full-time post-secondary education.

Each year, the following scholarships will be offered:

Up to 7 University Scholarships valued at $1500
Up to 8 College Scholarships valued at $1000
1 Helen Zurrer Memorial Scholarship valued at $1250 (dependent on funds available)

SCHOLARSHIP CANDIDATES ARE SELECTED BY THE SCHOOL. Please contact your school’s Student Service Department to find out more about scholarship criteria, application process and deadlines.

Each school selects:

one student proceeding to a university program
one student proceeding to a community college program
Candidate selections are based on the criteria stated on the application forms.

HELEN E ZURRER SCHOLARSHIP – This Scholarship may be applied for by a student who meets the criteria and is proceeding directly to university in a full-time NUTRITIONAL SCIENCE OR HEALTH SCIENCES PROGRAM. One student per school may apply for this scholarship.
